When you order, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We receive your name, email and shipping address so we can ship your kit and send your results. We never see or store your full card number.
The sample form you send with your swabs goes to the laboratory that analyzes them, so they can match the swabs to your order and send your report.
We keep your order details and your results report so you can see them on the tracking page by entering your order email. We send order and status emails through our email provider, Resend.
We count visits and button taps on this site in totals, without names or emails. We use the Meta pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure our ads, which uses cookies and information like your IP address and browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t send these ad events.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we only share it with the services needed to take payment, ship your kit, analyze your swabs and email you.
To ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted, email support@homesafemoldkits.com.
